It was such a pleasure to work with Heartstings on my son's first year baby video. Autumn listened to the ideas I had and then put her own little special touch to complete the look. The end product brought all of my family members to tears, and I think I have watched it fifty times and every time I cry! My son will even sit down and watch it, and to get my son to sit still for more than five minutes is a miricale in iteself. Trying to bring forty-some teenage girls together and bring their ideas to a single end-of-the-year video is not an easy task! For our cheerleading program, the coaches wanted to create a video with camp championships, competition performances, pep assemblies, and photo montages. It was wonderful working with Heartstrings Videos on our wedding day. They really paid extra attention to details that we didn't have time to pay attention to. They worked well with our other vendors and just made the day go by so smoothly. They caught all of the important moments of the day as well as the things we didn't get to see. We had thought about not hiring a videographer just because we were already spending so much money but we are so glad that in the end we chose to hire Heartstrings. My husband's grandmother was not able to make it to the wedding because of health complications. We were able to purchase an extra copy especially for her so that she didn't miss a minute. I remember when we went to shove the wedding cake in each others' faces a piece got on my dress. The cake had bright blue icing! Worried that the icing would stain my dress, Autumn told me not to touch it and that she had a Tide stick. She finished the shot and then took me to the bathroom to help me get the icing out of my dress so I wouldn't have a bright blue dot on it the rest of the night. We wanted to take the time to thank you for the outstanding video you produced of our wedding on September 30th. The amount of time you spent getting all the footage possible and the professionalism you displayed at the wedding made us realize how fortunate we were to have selected Heartstrings to capture all the special moments of our wedding day. Watching the video for the first time brought tears to our eyes because we really got to see and experience everything that happened that day; As everyone warned us, we didn't remember much of the day - it went so fast! The entire process of putting a surprise video together with Autumn and Heartstrings Videos was a breeze! I felt so overwhelmed in the beginning, but after Autumn contacted me by email and outlined how to begin, it all fell into place. We spoke several times on the phone, and she was so personable that I felt like I had known her all my life. She answered my questions and made what I thought was going to be an overwhelming project, truly a fun experience for me. The finished version was more than I could ever have hoped for - the songs and pictures matched up beautifully and it was definitely the hit of the party. Our experience with Heartstrings Videos was great. We not only got to capture our wedding day, but also have something that we will be able to share with our family and friends forever. We just love "Our Little Miracle"! Its hard to put into words how meaningful it is to see our 2 lb little miracles' firsts. One of the best birthday surprises I have had was when my daughter gave me a video of personal and family highlights produced by Heartstrings Videos. Autumn did such a great job of putting it together and capturing those special moments in my life. Then, as my wife Nancy and I considered what to do for our 30th Wedding Anniversary, we knew we had to have Autumn do something that captured the essence of our thirty years together. Autumn did an incredible job of blending over three hundred pictures with the just the right music to capture the joy our family has shared over the years. The flood of memories we experienced as we watched it, brought tears to our eyes and joy to our hearts. To top it all off, Heartstrings also produced a video of our family catching a 10.5 foot long, 425 lb. Bull Shark in Florida last winter. I couldn't of predicted how touched he was by the video. I haven't seen him cry like that since he lost his mother. It was unbelievable. Everyone was bragging about what a nice job you did. Over half the cards you gave me were gone by the end of the evening. It is so funny; since that evening he has watched the video every day and not just once but a couple of times and has taken it to work with him so if he has a lull in his day he can be reminded that he is loved.
