When submitting photographs, videotapes, films, slides, Music CD's or any other media to us whether for duplication, conversion, video transfer or for any other reason, client acknowledges and agrees that Heartstrings Videos and any individual or business affiliated with Heartstrings Videos shall not be liable for any loss or damage to such materials following receipt and during processing of such materials (even if due to our fault or negligence) and that the client’s sole remedy shall be replacement with a similar amount of blank video, DVD, or CD. Heartstrings Videos makes no other warranty and assumes no other risk and shall not be liable for any indirect special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from client’s use of our services. This agreement excludes specifically any counter offers by client including (without limitation) statements of value in excess of replacement cost of a similar amount of videotape or requests for special handling. Client warrants that the videotape, film, photographs, slides or other media submitted to Heartstrings Videos for processing is not protected by a third party copyright owner or if protected, the client has obtained permission of such third party copyright holder to make copies. Client also agrees to protect and indemnify Autumn R. Terry DBA Heartstrings Videos (or its assignees) from any costs related to copyright infringement. Shipping and handling charges plus sales tax will be added to your order.

Please be assured that we use only high quality, premium brand DVD-R media. DVD+R format is available upon request. While DVD-R format is the standard format used in the industry and offers the best compatibilty for the home and classroom DVD players, playback in not always guaranteed. Playback may not be possible due to compatibility issues with various players, player sensitivity to burned media, the DVD-R disc, or the condition of the recording. We will not be responsible for any incompatibility issues with your player or any equipment our media is played on, but we will gladly replace any defective disks.
